BENEFITS:
1. Partial and Permanent Disability Benefit:
On Partial and Permanent Disability of the Life Assured caused solely and directly as a result of as accident, a percentage of the rider Sum Assured as given in the table below shall be payable. An accident is an event caused by outward, violent and visible means. The disablement defined under this rider should occur within one hundred and twenty (120) days of the accident and proves the same to the satisfaction of the Company. The Company agrees, on receipt of satisfactory proof of such disability, to pay the appropriate percentage of the amount specified subject to maximum of rider’s sum assured, where the percentages being dependent upon the type of disablement described hereunder.

On payment of claim under this rider, the rider benefit shall continue for the remaining Sum Assured until 100% of the Rider Sum Assured is paid or till the end of the rider term, whichever is earlier.

Minimum Rider Sum Assured : LKR 50,000
Maximum Rider Sum Assured : Death Benefit Sum Assured under base plan or LKR 1,000,000 (whichever is lower)
Minimum Age at Entry : 18 years (Last Birthday)
Maximum Age at Entry : 65 years (Last Birthday)
Maximum Age at Maturity : 70 years (Last Birthday)
Policy Term : 5 to 20 years
Premium Payment Term : Equal to Policy Term
Premium Paying Term : Mly Qly Hly Yly
Considering period form the DOA : 120 Days
