Shri. Siddhartha Mohanty took charge as Chairperson of LIC India on 28th Apr 2023. Shri. S.Mohanty who already was Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of LIC Housing Finance, was earlier the Chief Operating Officer of the insurance giant.  

Shri M Jagannath, has taken charge as Managing Director of Life Insurance Corporation of India on 13th March, 2023. 

Joining LIC in the year 1988 as a Direct Recruit Officer, Shri Jagannath brings with him rich experience of over three decades across various functions of the Corporation. Before taking charge of the current assignment

Mr. Eshanth Wijesinghe, a Director of LIC Lanka, is the Group Managing Director of the Bartleet Group of Companies. Eshanth Wijesinghe holds a Degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University, Australia and also a Degree of Master of Business Administration from Monash University Australia. He is also a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.   Mr R Rajnikanth is an alumni of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay having completed his Master of Science in Physics. He has also done MBA (Marketing) from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi.

Mr. Umesh Gautam is an engineer by profession, graduated from Agra university having started his career at Ashok Leyland India over three decades ago. Since the year 1986 he continues to be in Sri Lanka initially as Head of SAARC region of Ashok Leyland and later on appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Lanka Ashok Leyland PLC (joint venture between the Government of Sri Lanka and Ashok Leyland Ltd, India)   Mr Dinesh Weerakkody took charge as Independent Director of the Company with effect from 15 June 2023. Mr.Alok Kumar Saini, Director, LIC Lanka    

Mr Alok Kumar Saini joined Life Insurance Corporation of India in the year 1997 as a Direct Recruit Officer in administration after completing B.Sc.(PCM) from DBS College, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

He has 25 years of service in LIC of India and handled various positions such as Senior Branch Manager, Manager (Sales), and Chief Manager. He has vast experience of working in Customer Service, Pension & Group Schemes. He also has experience in marketing Life Insurance through alternate channels such as Chief Life Insurance Advisors and Bancassurance Channels.
